Two cleanings a year, in fall and spring, timed to when the oaks drop their leaves. We clear the gutters, flush the downspouts, and haul the debris away, so water goes where it should in storm season.
Every plan starts with a one-time first clean of $199, or $99 for founding members. Plans run for 12 months. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote after a quick visit.

Our monthly plans start at $49 for exterior windows on a home up to 2,000 square feet. The most popular plan, Coastal, is $95 a month for a 2,000 to 3,500 square foot home and covers exterior glass every quarter, interior glass twice a year, plus screens and tracks. Every plan starts with a one-time first clean. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote.
How often should windows be cleaned near the ocean?
Near the beach, salt film builds up on glass within a few weeks, and left alone it can etch the surface. We recommend cleaning exterior windows every three months for homes in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea, and interior glass twice a year.
Do you clean both the inside and the outside of the windows?
Yes. The Coastal and Whole Home plans include interior glass twice a year along with screens and window tracks. The Clear View plan covers exterior glass only.

Do you offer gutter cleaning?
Yes. Gutter cleaning can be added to any plan. It includes two cleanings a year, in fall and spring, with downspouts flushed and debris hauled away.
Do I have to sign up for a plan, or can I book a one-time cleaning?
You can do either. Plans run for 12 months at one flat monthly payment, which costs less per visit and keeps the glass clear all year. One-time cleanings are available too. Choose that option on the quote form.
